Abstract
Lean production is an advanced management mode and method, quality management is one of the important management In the enterprise. The paper presents a method of continuous quality improvement with Lean Production and quality management, the mode and method of continuous quality improvement is introduced. the mode and method is implemented in enterprises, focusing the quality problems of the stator manufacture process of permanent magnet motor, production procedure of the products are analyzed, the existing problems are found and improved, the application result is good.
