Abstract
In this paper, refractory castables was used for the simulated erosion experiment of RH snorkel in the laboratory, then these data which were got from experiment were analyzed by using spss software, and two mathematical models at slag-gas interface and slag-steel interface of refractory castables were obtained, this models established two relations between slag compositions and erosion degree. Subsequently, the two models were analyzed detailedly, the results indicated two models were consistent with the corrosion of refractory castables . Therefore, the two mathematical models have a certain guidance to the practical production.
