Abstract

In order to explore the comprehensive indicator gas indicators suitable for the fire prevention and extinguishing work of Chaohua Coal Mine 22012 working face, the gas product law during the heating and oxidation process of coal in the 22012 working face was experimentally studied by using the coal spontaneous combustion gas product simulation test device. The index system for predicting and forecasting the indicator gas of coal spontaneous combustion in 22012 working face was obtained. The research results show that: CO can be used as an index gas for predicting and predicting coal spontaneous combustion, and olefin gas C2H4 can be used as a marker gas for predicting and predicting spontaneous combustion of coal, and the predicted critical temperature of C2H4 is about 110°C. C2H4/C3H8 can be used as an auxiliary indicator for judging the spontaneous combustion process of coal, and the law of ratio change can only be applied after the C2H4 and C3H8 gases appear at the same time. C2H2 and the alkane ratio C2H6/CH4, C3H8/CH4, C3H8/C2H6 are not used as the indicator gas indicators for prediction and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion at Chaohua Coal Mine 22012 working face.
