Abstract

In order to study on the job satisfaction of grid workers in urban communities from the perspective of governance capability modernization, and analyze the duplicity mediation effect of occupational identity and job involvement, as well as the regulation effect of self-efficacy, 517 grid workers in urban communities were investigated by using the scale of career goals, achievement goals, occupational identity, job involvement, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. The result show that career goal and job involvement have a significant negative impact; secondly, achievement goal and occupational identity have a significant positive impact; thirdly, achievement goal and job involvement have a significant positive impact; fourthly, occupational identity and job satisfaction have a significant positive impact; fifthly, job involvement and job satisfaction have a significant positive impact; the last but not the least, occupational identity has a mediation effect between achievement goal and job satisfaction, and job involvement has a mediation effect between achievement goal and job satisfaction, which is the duplicity mediation effect.
