Abstract

In order to meet the emotional relief problem of people in the high pressure background of society, the text propose an interactive design APP based on big data psychological analysis, visualization data, and unity game implantation for emotional relief service. In order to change this status quo, the text have used user research and interaction design methods such as questionnaire research, user needs, user pain points, competitor analysis, user segmentation, character portrait, user journey map, information architecture map and process architecture map to build a service platform for emotional relief, and provide ideas for further exploration of interaction design mode based on people’s emotional relief in the new industry of big data.
