Abstract
The rapid development of Chinese exhibition industry requires correspondingly logistics service. Outsourcing is an effective solution to the many problems existing in the process of exhibition logistics development. Based on analysis of the necessity and obstacles of exhibition logistics outsourcing, an innovative exhibition logistics outsourcing model on the core of the service provider was proposed. Meanwhile, it is should enforce the management of exhibition logistics outsourcing, which will play an instruction role on the development of exhibition logistics.
