Abstract

Additive manufacturing technology has entered our daily life, seemingly omnipotent. At the same time, a considerable proportion of scholars believe that this technology can not replace the traditional manufacturing industry. How to promote the development of additive manufacturing technology and make it meet the market demand quickly is the purpose of this study. This paper analyzes the problems of additive manufacturing technology from the aspects of “technology readiness index”, “driving force and bottleneck”, “innovation demand” and “obstacles to commercial promotion”, and puts forward solutions.
