Abstract

This paper explores the influencing factors of the value of listed companies in the new economic environment, aiming to deepen the understanding of the formation mechanism of the value of listed companies in the ever-changing economic environment. Firstly, the article analyzes the characteristics of listed companies under the new economic environment and the impact of the new economy on enterprises, including technological innovation, changes in market competition patterns, and so on. Finally, the article delves into the influencing factors of the value of listed companies in the new economic environment, including technological factors, innovation capability, industrial environment, and corporate governance.
