Abstract

Based on parents’ behavioral intention, the satisfaction of parents is divided into the cognitive dimension of policy interpretation, cue mutual verification, natural language and emotional dimension of authenticity, altruism and interaction. Combined with the previous research on the theory of caring for depressed students, the satisfaction model of depressed students’ parents is constructed. The data were collected through questionnaires and conducted using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that policy interpretability, cue mutuality and natural language have positive effects on parents’ perceived usefulness. Authenticity, altruism and interactivity of affective dimension have positive influence on the perceived trust of parents. Parents’ perceived usefulness has a positive effect on parents’satisfaction. Parents’ perceived trust has a positive effect on parents’satisfaction.
