Abstract
Paper performance has an important impact on the quality of printed matter. This paper mainly discusses the correlation of paper surface performance and digital printing quality in digital printing. Five kinds of paper are selected for experiment. Through the measurement of paper surface performance, the relevance of the impact on printing quality is discussed by the varieties of the correlation effects of whiteness, gloss, smoothness performance, L*a*b* color gamut, solid density and relative contrast. The mathematical model is established between paper performance and digital printing quality. The related influence of digital printing quality is discussed.
