Abstract

With the development of innovational management theory, organizational innovation (OI) that is an important part of high equipment manufacture (HEM) enterprise has occurred in many enterprises in recent years. Now more and more papers focus on the relationship between OI and technical innovation (TI). Firstly, this paper concludes many papers on OI, TI and their lationships. Furthermore, the author established the index system on the influence factors on the matching between OI and TI, gets many data that is on OI, TI and the relationships between them from Chinese HEM industry and analyses these data by the least square method. Thirdly, the paper establishes linear regression equation and uses the Eviews software to analysis these influence factors. At last, the paper concludes that the managers of HEM enterprise should understand all the influence factors' influence power on the matching and firstly pay more attention on the organizational institution. It is the most important factor for the matching. According to these factor's importance degree, they are ranked as following: new production way, organizational talents, organizational structure, product innovation on service, organizational culture, organizational resource allocation, new delivery and operation model, new product, organizational external environment, organizational strategy, organizational leadership quality.
