Abstract
In China, the phenomenon of touristification under the “historical district regeneration and tourism development” has had a negative impact on local communities. This study selects a typical case of recent urban regeneration in China- Ouyuan Historic District, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, combs its touristification process, selects the factors affecting from the regeneration of historical districts, conducts a questionnaire survey with residents as objects, and uses statistical analysis software (SPSS21) for analysis. The results show that touristification has a negative impact on the living environment of residents that is close to “general”. Basic statistical analysis shows that the main influencing factors are “difficult parking”, “inconvenient commuting”, “traffic jams and road congestion” and other physical environmental factors related to traffic, as well as “decrease in living facilities”, “garbage problem”, and
