Abstract
Promotion of employee growth and enhancement of corporate performance are widely concerned in the business community. With the rise of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior, attention from performance managers has shifted from behavioral studies to the psychological level. With a positive psychology model built, combined with the Self-Determination Theory, this paper believes that employees' positive psychology plays an important role in work orientation, work engagement, and work performance. We clarify the internal logical relationship between them and make suggestions accordingly.
