Abstract
This paper centers on the different impact factors of cross-border cooperation of logistics enterprises, Internet brings a new development strategy for logistics enterprise. At the same time, products and industry boundaries begin to blur between enterprises. However, it has not yet meet the needs of the market which traditionally focus on a single field strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to attract the attention of logistics enterprises because of cross-boundary integration and horizontal progress. Cross-border can bring new value to consumers and help enterprises to diversify risk advantage, setting up a new business model to optimize the structure of the industry, so it is necessary to research on the impact factors of cross-border cooperation of logistics enterprises under the Internet.
