Abstract

The access of high proportion of renewable energy will have a great impact on the load characteristics of power grid. The resulting lack of power grid flexibility and climbing ability will also seriously affect the reliability of power system operation. Based on this, it becomes increasingly important to study the evolution trend of grid load characteristics in the scenario of high proportion of renewable energy access. Firstly, the classification of power load is analyzed. Then the power system load characteristic analysis index system is constructed and the influencing factors of load characteristic are studied. Then the load characteristic prediction model is constructed and the load characteristic prediction is carried out considering the influence of long-term economy and electricity structure change. Finally, based on the prediction results of load characteristics, the evolution trend of future load characteristics is analyzed from two scenarios considering the impact of industrial structure development and energy technology change.
