Abstract
This text mainly solves the problem of building the evaluation model of higher education system, then uses some models to measure the health and sustainability of a country's higher education system and put forward some policy issues on the basis of analysis results to improve the efficiency of the system. Finally, this text mainly analyzes whether the country's higher education system can realize the ideal desire under the policies through literature analysis, data processing and model construction.
