Abstract

This thesis mainly uses literature, mathematical and statistical methods and questionnaire methods. Factors were extracted and analyzed from the cabin environment of aviation safety officers' duty work, aviation safety officers' job duties and the new version of the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "Aviation Safety Officer Training Curriculum", and four level 1 indicators were derived for the evaluation of aviation safety officers' cabin safety handling ability. Eleven secondary indicators and 23 specific evaluation indicators were derived through logical analysis and statistical optimization. The indicator sequential method and mathematical statistics in the expert consultation method were used to derive the pooled weights and target weights of indicators at each level. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model was established and empirically analyzed, and the application software (ASOCAS) developed independently based on this method can effectively evaluate the level of cabin safety handling capability of aviation safety officers.
