In the process of providing logistics service, however, the logistics service is various, and logistics service quality is difficult to control, so the evaluation of logistics service quality has become a big problem in the logistics enterprises. Logistics service quality index is the basis of logistics service quality level, and is the foundation of the scientific management of modern logistics.
