Abstract

The choice of input and output indicators to evaluate the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities has always been controversial. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper eliminates the input for basic research and intermediate process output, and the DEA method is used to evaluate the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities in various regions. After cluster analysis, regression analysis was performed between the evaluation results and the sales revenue of new products and the number of patent applications of industrial enterprises on a local scale. The results show that the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities has a positive effect on the number of patent applications of industrial enterprises, but it has no obvious effect on the sales revenue of new products.
