Abstract

This paper reviewed retirement community concept, characteristics, meaning based on the economic evaluation, project planning and investment operating theory of real estate. Further, retirement community project's economic evaluation model was built by using system dynamics method. Then, this article implemented dynamic sim ulation and analyzed the effect of project operation and evaluate its economic feasibility. Results show that the government's policy, construction cost and the late management play important roles in retirement community project. In addition, the system dynamics has validity in economic evaluation of retirement community project. Simulation results can provide references for project investment decisions.
