Knowledge management through knowledge sharing and the learning organization can strengthen the enterprise's adaptability and creativity in the dynamic environment. And the knowledge management can promote the culture of the dynamic core Capabilities, help to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises. For Chinese enterprises, some problems still exist about the culture of the dynamic core competence.
