Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.Swimming is a popular sport among the people in our country. It is the only one of all sports that can be participated in from newborn babies to the elderly. It is suitable for a wide range of people. How to promote the winter swimming better, let more people know the winter swimming correctly, and make its function and value play to the greatest extent has become the focus of the winter swimming research. Based on the protection of water resources, 96 participants in winter swimming were investigated and studied in this paper. Through the investigation and research on the current situation of various winter swimming associations and participants, the situation and existing problems of winter swimming in natural waters are reflected. Its significance lies in providing theoretical support for the development of winter swimming in natural waters and putting forward their own solutions and suggestions.
