At the same time, with the development of cloud computing, Internet of things and other information technologies, the rapidly expanding data has brought mankind into the era of big data. It has become possible to use big data technology to analyze the development of e-commerce industry chain in Marine areas and provide corresponding guidance. Due to different regional economic development status, e-commerce infrastructure construction, regional residents' online shopping habits and other differences in the development level of regional e-commerce. Based on the grey system theory, this paper collects the variation data of Marine regional gross output value, and USES MATLAB software to predict the variation trend of the third-party e-commerce trading platform and create the idea of regional product integration service.
