Abstract
The cultural and creative industries have obvious characteristics of wide industrial relevance and strong influence. Industrial functions play an important role in promoting economic growth, increasing employment and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. In order to quantitatively analyze the structure and ripple effect of Chinese cultural and creative industries, this paper calculates the intermediate demand rate, intermediate input rate, influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient of 149 industries based on the 2017 input-output table issued by the National Bureau of Statistics of China. Among them, 14 industries including culture, art, entertainment, news and publishing were selected as representatives of the cultural and creative industries. The results show that the structure of cultural and creative industries is more complicated, and all four types of structures are involved. At the same time, no matter the relative value or the absolute value, the promotion of the national cultural and creative industries to the national economy is not significant, and the industrial development and expectations have A certain gap. Therefore, on this basis, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations such as vigorously developing cultural and creative industries and optimizing industrial layout.
