To improve the user's satisfaction with the platform, accumulate a large number of loyal customers, and enhance the sustainable development of the platform can improve the competitiveness in the fiercely competitive e-commerce platform. Sustainability for the development of the enterprise requires a high degree of attention. Taking Pinduoduo as an example, this paper constructs a customer service quality evaluation index system for platform-based online shopping.
