Abstract

In the dual background of the rapid urbanization and traffic congestion, it becomes extremely important to coordinate the development of the rail transit and the land use along it, which is a strategy to best play its' role of development-guiding and public transportation. The method in the research is different from the traditional ones, which deconstructs the system into three levels as site, route and net. These levels constitute an evaluation factors system which not only can be used independently, but also can be treated as a whole. The evaluation model is established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, which enables to comparatively study of site, route, net and other various indicators.
