Abstract

The relationship of the members in the industrial technology innovation alliance is the key point of the improvement of the operational efficiency for the alliance. In this paper the cooperation relationship between the members in the alliance is studied by using the network analysis method because the alliance network belongs to a typcal network. The degrees of tightness and pleasure are used as the weights of the edges between the nodes. The cohesion sub-network is divided from the whole network by the tightness of cooperation between members. The result is that the structure of the whole alliance network is not tight enough while the one of the cohesion sub-network is very tight and the pleasure degree of the cohesion sub-network is also very high. So it is important to increase the scale of the cohesion sub-network rather than that of the whole scale.
