Abstract

In this paper, a micro-controller-based multi-functional intelligent epidemic prevention robot control system is designed and developed, which realizes the functions of material distribution, cleaning and disinfection in isolation wards, temperature measurement, and mask detection for isolated patients. In order to reduce the contact of personnel in the isolation ward and realize the automation of material distribution, cleaning and disinfection, an intelligent epidemic prevention robot was designed, which takes STM 32 as the control core and is based on the planning algorithm optimized by particle swarm optimization. The robot transported the materials and wastes in the isolation ward by itself through intelligent tracing, and disinfected and cleans the ward regularly A mask detection and temperature measurement module was designed to facilitate the real-time detection of people entering and leaving the ward. The mask detection system is based on the yolov4 target detection algorithm, which can quickly capture the facial information of people entering and leaving and accurately display the mask-wearing situation. The temperature measurement module adopts a DS18B20 type temperature sensor, which samples the vital signs of the detectors in real time, displays the current body temperature on the LCD1602 LCD screen, and the buzzer issues an alarm when the body temperature is abnormal. The intelligent epidemic prevention robot integrates intelligent tracking, body temperature measurement and mask detection into one. It can not only collect the body temperature of people entering and leaving the ward and display the wearing of masks, but also regularly clean and disinfect the ward and deliver supplies, thus significantly reducing the workload of medical and nursing staff. Finally, the simulation of mask detection, body temperature sampling and measurement, and intelligent tracing modules were carried out to verify the stability of the robot control system and the accuracy of the result display, indicating that the multifunctional intelligent epidemic prevention robot has broad application prospects in the realistic scenario of isolation wards.
