Abstract

Talent training quality is the lifeline of university, teaching staff construction path research promoting the university education quality is an important method and means. Through the use of SPSS22.0 statistical software to a university teaching staff construction status of the questionnaire data collected for example analysis, at present, there are some problems such as unscientific teaching staff structure, insufficient support for teaching staff training, and imperfect evaluation mechanism of competitive selection. Through in-depth analysis of the reasons, the paper puts forward three aspects that should be paid attention to in the construction of university teaching staff. First, introduce prospective talents into the vane and gather outstanding talents; Second, promote the supply-side reform of talent training and accelerate the growth of talents; Third, deepen the comprehensive assessment of personnel and improve the quality of teaching and researching.
