Abstract

The design of ergonomic adjustable seat is based on the driver's demand for comfort and automatic adjustment of the driver's seat. The relevant seat size is designed by ergonomic method to meet human comfort. Firstly, CATIA software is used to model the seat in 3D dimensions, and then the three-dimensional model is imported into JACK and RAMSIS software for simulation analysis, dimension design and driver fatigue test. Finally, MATLAB was used to model the ECU system analysis of the automotive electronic controller for the automatic seat adjustment design, and the controller parameters were optimized on the basis of the simulation results. The design dimensions of the car seat and the optimal control parameters of the automatic adjustment control system are obtained to meet the requirements of human comfort, providing a certain theoretical reference basis for the subsequent research on the comfort of the car seat and the research and development of the automatic adjustment control system.
