Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China will enter the stage of moderate aging from mild aging. While the number of elderly people is increasing, the number of working-age population is absolutely declining, which brings new challenges to pension services. Based on the investigation of residents' home and community care services in Heping District of Tianjin, this paper analyzes the demand and supply situation of community residents' home care services, and summarizes the real demand and characteristics of community residents' home care services and products at the present stage. Through the research, the elderly care service institutions have directional reference when developing home and community care service products, so that the country can effectively deal with the aging of the population.
