Abstract

Through an in-depth study of the mental health problems of Chinese college students, its existence, manifestations and effects were analyzed. The study found that academic pressure, employment pressure and family factors are the main causes of mental health problems among Chinese college students. To solve these problems, three countermeasures are proposed: to carry out mental health education and publicity, to establish a mental health support system, and to provide psychological counselling and treatment services. Finally, the outlook of mental health problem solving among Chinese college students is examined, and future trends, challenges and development strategies are discussed. This study will provide useful reference for the solution of college students' mental health problems.
