Abstract

The implementation of the policy of the Training Plan for High-level Minority Talents in China has cultivated a large number of high-level talents needed by local development in ethnic minority areas. However, the status of graduates of this policy is not ideal, and the original intention of policy formulation is certain. The authors aim to investigate and analyze the status quo, problems and causes of the implementation of this policy, as well as giving exploratory countermeasures and suggestions. It strives to acting as a reference for the implementation of this policy and talent development in ethnic areas.
