Abstract
Teacher's knowledge structure model is constructed in this paper by two dimensions of content and tacit, and teacher's tacit knowledge is acquired incidentally by teacher knowledge acquisition according to the structure of tacit knowing. A survey to 153 teachers who work in Anyang No.1 senior high school shows that the main resources of teacher's tacit knowledge acquisition are daily communication with colleagues, own experience and reflection, organized professional activities, reference books about teaching, classroom lectures, diary of work, and lesson plans. The result of interviewing 22 teachers shows that only personal initiative participation is the best resource of teacher's tacit knowledge acquisition.
