Abstract

Remote time comparison is one of the key points in the generation of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and International Atomic Time (TAI). In 2006, All-in-View time and frequency transfer technology has replaced common-view for calculating TAI. The BeiDou satellite navigation system is a global navigation satellite system developed independently by our country. In order to promote the international popularization of BeiDou system and applied to the calculation of TAI, the BeiDou All-in-View was studied among the National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences (NTSC), Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and Observatory of Belgium (ORB) through the BeiDou pseudo-range code output from GNSS receiver. It is proved that the BeiDou All-in-view’s stability can reach the order of magnitude of 1E-14/day, and the completion of this research will provide a significant impact for BeiDou to participate in the calculation of TAI, and further enhance the international development and application of BeiDou.
