Abstract

With the transformation of the automotive industry to digital manufacturing, the large-scale application of digital modelling and virtual simulation technology has increasingly become an essential support for corporate decision-making. In this paper, Plant Simulation is used to carry out the simulation level modelling and simulation analysis of the in-plant transportation logistics system of an automobile manufacturing enterprise. Through the analysis of the loading and unloading time, traffic volume and exit queue length of the logistics window, the bottleneck point of the transportation system in the factory was found, and the logistics flow of the factory outlet was optimized. The parameters were optimized to balance the logistics flow of the factory roads. The loading and unloading time distribution of each logistics window, and a standard module library is constructed for the subsequent continuous application of the model.
