Abstract
Combined with the actual needs of China's health service reform and the development of the medical market, We have established a set of methods combining comprehensive evaluation and prediction technology, through the practical application and integration restructuring of many methods of quantitative analysis of mathematical statistics at home and abroad, which is suitable for the scientific management of the hospital; we have developed an evaluation index system matched with it; the all-around, multi-level, accurate and objective evaluations in different periods and in different forms, dynamic analysis and development prediction were carried out on the basis of the existing network database of medical record information on the medical service, nursing, medical technology and other jobs of the hospital. According to the research results, we put forward some rational proposals and feasible programs to assist the hospital's scientific management, and to provide theoretical support for the hospital's sustainable development.
