Abstract

This paper introduces the principle, composition, and design process of the electrical engineering automation control test system based on programmable controller PLC and MCGS configuration software. The test system consists of control, measurement, data acquisition, and configuration subsystems. The control subsystem consists of the upper computer (industrial control computer), the lower computer (PLC), and the control device. In this paper, the real-time control and data acquisition of the motor is carried out by the host computer, which effectively improves the test accuracy and efficiency of the high-voltage motor and realizes the automation and intelligence of the motor test.
