Abstract
The traditional safety monitoring system can no longer meet the needs of smart watershed and smart dam construction. In order to realize the safety monitoring of the operation the dam of watershed hub, three aspects including global intelligent perception, modular intelligent management and digital intelligent service are proposed in this paper. Based on these aspects, safety monitoring system of watershed hub operation and its function realization are deployed, and research studies on its new generation of information technology are conducted, which lays the foundation for the application of the new generation of information technology to the safety monitoring system.
