Research on the application of blockchain in the information sharing of electronic waybills for the road transport of dangerous goods

Abstract

Electronic waybill is the important information in the road transport management of dangerous goods. By applying the electronic waybill management system of road transport of dangerous goods, the information interaction between enterprises and government departments can be realized. The inquiring and traceability of the qualification information and dangerous goods information is solved among carriers, loaders, and shippers. Blockchain technology is the new distributed infrastructure that uses blockchain data structure to validate and store data and uses cryptography to ensure data transmission and access safety. To ensure the traceable and tamper-proof of waybills data, realize the efficient and safe transmission of waybill in the whole transport chain of dangerous goods, the application of blockchain technology in the electronic waybill’s information sharing of road transport of dangerous goods is researched. The chaining up process on the waybill id analyzed. The electronic waybill information sharing verification system based blockchain is established. The role of electronic waybill in industry management will be further enhanced.
