Abstract

In order to improve the transportation efficiency and the safety factor for pilots, the research on the anti-swing control of helicopter slung load is carried out. The mathematical model of the helicopter slung-load system is established. For the problem of load oscillation in the helicopter slung-load system, the controller is designed amount in helicopter longitudinal channel, horizontal channel, heading channel and total distance channel, where the sling swing movement angle/angular velocity and the fuselage state feedback is used, the digital simulation test of the designed anti-swing control rate is carried out in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the anti-swing controller designed in this paper can eliminate the swing angle of the slung load relative to the fuselage in the horizontal and longitudinal directions, and obviously suppress the vibration amplitude generated by the helicopter slung load. The effectiveness of anti-swing controllers suppress the slung load oscillation is illustrated, and it helps to improve the safety and reliability of helicopter slung-load flight.
