Research on the Analytic Index System and Applied Method of Regions' Recycling Economy Development

Abstract

this paper points out the main problem of recycling economy construction and focuses on the evaluation of the results of a city's recycling economy construction. First a complete and independent index system is set up and then putting forward a proposal of using Analytic Network Process (ANP) to evaluate a city's recycling economy construction. Also the model could better reflect the relationship among the whole index, which based on the independence of the index.
