Abstract

As a DC system, the performance and stability of battery play a vital role in the hydraulic, electric and telecommunication industries. In the process of charging and discharging, some batteries in the battery pack will be damaged in advance due to the voltage inconsistency among battery cells, and the service life will be greatly shortened. Therefore, it is necessary to charge the battery evenly to solve the above problems, prolong the service life of the battery and further improve the reliability of the battery. The equalization technology proposed in this paper adopts the double closed-loop control mode of gap-type priority charging, adopts the optical MOS switch array inside, and uses the switching power supply technology to transfer the power of high-voltage batteries to low-voltage batteries by means of energy transfer. Electricity transfer is bidirectional and parallel, so as to achieve battery voltage balance.
