Abstract

AbstractIn order to solve the communication blackout problem faced by high-speed aircraft in near space communication, terahertz (THz) wave-based space measurement, control, and communication technology is carried out. By analyzing the propagation characteristics of THz electromagnetic wave in time-varying inhomogeneous plasma, the attenuation characteristics of terahertz atmospheric window propagation in plasma sheath are calculated and the transmission model of Terahertz wave in plasma is established. Specifically, the basic scheme of THz-based space measurement, control, and communication system is designed, including system structure, terahertz receiving and detecting, terahertz modulation and demodulation and other key modules.
