Abstract

China's agriculture is changing to a modern form of agriculture due to the continuous development of science and technology. In order to find the factors suitable for the growth of fruits and vegetables and provide suitable conditions for high-quality growth conditions for the production of fruits, it is especially crucial to improve the management of greenhouse fruit and vegetables. In this paper, an intelligent control scheme for greenhouses is presented. In order to predict the ambient temperature of greenhouses hourly, a temperature prediction model is constructed based on the growth environment of fruits and vegetables in greenhouses. Considering the influence of different environmental factors on temperature, the controller allows for the regulation of environmental parameters and promotes the better growth of greenhouse crops. The temperature prediction model based on ELM and BP-ANN is compared and analyzed. The mean square error of ELM is 0.0045, which is lower than the training error of BP-ANN, so it has good prediction effect. A greenhouse temperature control model is developed using PID controllers, and the proportional, integral, and differential parameters are adjusted to create a suitable climate for fruit and vegetable growth.
