Research on Teaching Optimization of Project Management Function in Enterprise Management Based on Computer Simulation

Abstract

Computer simulation of enterprise management is an exercise in which computer technology is used to simulate the competitive environment of enterprises, and the simulation participants can make business decisions. Through the computer operation, the trainees are trained to face multiple competitors in the changeable business environment, make correct decisions of the enterprise and achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Enterprise project management mainly refers to the comprehensive and scientific management of the project, and comprehensively budgets and controls the overall cost of the project through the application of relevant methods, so as to promote the smooth development of the project and save costs for the development of the project. Project management is an indispensable link in enterprise project development. Optimizing project management has great influence on the smooth development of enterprises and the promotion of enterprise project benefits. This paper analyzes and explores the key points and optimization strategies of enterprise project management, analyzes the overall project management cost from the perspective of enterprises, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of enterprise project management function teaching based on computer simulation method.
