Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as low enthusiasm of learners and difficult realization of teaching objectives in gymnastics teaching, based on the concept of Outcome-based Education, using the methods of literature and logical analysis, and based on the principle of “reverse design and positive implementation”, in line with the starting point of “student-centered”, this paper makes a practical test on the gymnastics unit teaching design process, guiding ideology and implementation strategy. The research shows that the analysis of learning situation should fully take into account the learners' original knowledge reserve, existing cognitive ability and physical and mental characteristics; the teaching objectives should be set at low-level and high-level; the adoption of teaching methods should be appropriate and diverse; the teaching content should highlight the analysis of action essentials, key and difficult points, easy to make mistakes and solutions, curriculum resources and so on. Teaching evaluation pays attention to the comprehensive application of formative evaluation and summative evaluation, team evaluation and individual evaluation.
