Abstract

Abstract With the development of human industrial processes, the infrastructure in different fields has been significantly improved, but potential failure will bring huge security risks. Structural health monitoring (SHM) using cloud computing and IoT technology has become a necessary safeguard to ensure the safe and reliable operation of large structures such as aircraft wings, pipelines, bridges, and dams. This paper innovatively proposes a new fitting method based on space deformation, which uses the inclination sensor array to obtain angle information, calculates the node deflection, and performs rational cubic spline interpolation fitting, invert the state of the measured component. At the same time, the theoretical and measured error analyses are carried out. In the length of 1800mm pipe, the error can be controlled below 5% when the number of sensors is greater than or equal to 5, which has an important engineering value.
