Abstract

This dissertation aims to discuss the strategies to improve the employability of Chinese college students and put forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions. Through theoretical analysis, the thesis firstly analyzes the current challenges facing college students' employment, including factors such as fierce social competition and diversified career demands. Subsequently, through the comprehensive use of relevant psychology, pedagogy, career development theory and other disciplinary theories, the importance of college students' career planning is discussed in depth, and strategies to improve college students' employability are comprehensively elaborated. Finally, this paper puts forward a series of feasible countermeasures, including strengthening career planning education, expanding internship and practice opportunities, and establishing a diversified employment service platform, etc., with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the employability of college students.
