Research on status and risk factors in 589 female patients with breast hyperplasia

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the status and related risk factors of female patients with breast hyperplasia in general survey.Methods From January 2011 to December 2011,589 cases of women given breast disease general survey in physical examination center of our hospital as the research object,according to the census results for the healthy group and breast hyperplasia.A questionnaire survey was conducted among two groups,risk factors of hyperplasia and mammary glands were analyzed.Results Among 589 cases of women diagnosed as breast diseases,170 patients (28.86％) found to have breast diseases,including 159 cases of with hyperplasia of mammary gland (93.53％),6 cases of mammary fibroma (3.53％),5 cases of breast cysts (2.94 ％).Endocrine disorders,emotional stress,bad habits,unreasonable diet structure,long-term use of androgens and the pill were risk factors for the occurrence of breast hyperplasia.Conclusion Breast hyperplasia occupies the first place in the incidence of breast disease,it can be caused by many factors,health education,active prevention and early intervention should be carried out.
